Community Medicine is not taken as priority subject by undergraduates though it is a major subject in undergraduate medical curriculum. We have experienced the reluctance of undergraduate students in learning some of the topics like National Health Programs and Health System in India. The movement for introducing different teaching and learning method in medical education has gathered momentum in the past few years, especially in community-oriented & problem-oriented approach. The major concern is to reduce the gap between theoretical knowledge and acquiring skills in subject for its practice.(1) India took initiative in 1977 to adopt Reorientation of Medical Education (ROME
