Abstract is the concise summary of the study. It should include a few introductory sentences followed by the objective/s of the study. The concise methodology section should include experimental designs, sampling procedure and number of replicates as well. Give the most important findings of the study, supported by statistical inferences where applicable. References should not be included. End the abstract with a conclusion/s derived from the study. The conclusion should address the objective set out earlier. The abstract should not exceed 250 words and should be a single paragraph
