Workshop on Logic Programming Environments

This volume contains papers presented at WLPE 2003, the 13th Interna-tional Workshop on Logic Programming Environments. The aim of WLPE is to provide an informal meeting for researchers working on tools for development and analysis of logic programming. This year, the emphasis is on the presenta-tion, pragmatics and experiences of such tools. WLPE 2003 takes place in Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mum-bai, India on December 8 and is a part of a bigger event, ICLP 2003, the 19th International Conference on Logic Programming, holding in conjunction wit
