Modern smartphones offer many features such as WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth. Users activate or deactivate these features in order to use wireless headphones, save battery or avoid being interrupted by email notifications. We present an approach to extract usage patterns relating smartphone features. The goal is to predict future device operation for a better use of the smartphones resources. We report a preliminary validation of the approach by using data gathered from users over a four month period
