In 2014, Tokelau made a minimal advancement in efforts to prevent the worst forms of child labor. The Government participated in the UNDAF for the Pacific Sub-Region Projects, which includes social development and education projects in Tokelau. While there is no evidence of a problem, it is unclear whether the Government has laws prohibiting the worst forms of child labor. I.
