Community ICT hubs provision in rural areas has been recognised as a promising tool to improve ICT literacy especially in developing regions. However, there are particular challenges in sustainable community ICT hubs provision that lead to low success rates and consequently derive economical, institutional, social, and cultural aspects consideration.
