The traditional transmission control protocols are not so efficient for high speed computer networks and it has been a challenge to design a model that can be able to reduce congestion problem. In now days our life is very much affect by the internet. In any network, network congestion is the one of the most complex, critical, high priority and fundamental problem. So internet is affected by it. Congestion cause packet loss in data and long delay time to reach the packet. It requires intelligent, robust, control approach to obtain satisfactory performance.
