Abstract. This paper presents a simple speaker identication and classi-cation algorithm. The algorithm uses features from the frequency domain and simple Euclidian distance for comparison. More specically, the fea-tures for each voice sample are 5 pitch estimators constructed using cepstral coecients. The algorithm was tested in a trial test with a collection of 10 speakers and achieved acceptable results. 1
