The purpose of the Human Resources and Governance Committee (the “Committee”) is to A. assist the Board in fulfilling its obligations relating to human resource and compensation matters and to establish a plan of continuity and development of senior management; B. to provide a focus on governance that will enhance the performance of Partnership British Columbia (“PBC”); and C. assess and makes recommendations regarding Board effectiveness and establish and lead the process for developing potential director criteria and candidates for recommendation to the Province
