Prior to the meeting at a Brisbane Hotel, combined efforts were made to lobby the Ministers and influence CSTDA decision making. The Spinal Injuries Association worked in conjunction with the CSTDA Alliance and other disability organisations to launch a rally at the hotel to increase awareness of the inadequate funding for unmet need- and support a national 'sit-in' at electoral offices.
