His main contributions as a researcher and publisher concern the following areas[1]: neuroethology; medical informatics; health sciences; internet and web applications in medicine, biology and health; ; artificial neural networks; distance education and e-learning; telemedicine; biological and health impacts of non-ionizing radiation and history of neuroscience.
