This paper highlights brief on FEMTOCELL implementation. The Femtocell is the latest evolution of the mobile network base station. It is aimed at providing dedicated indoor coverage, bringing benefits of enhanced coverage and improved call quality and data rates. Femtocells have been extensively discussed in the telecommunication industry over the last few years, and a high level of interest is ongoing. The femtocell concept is applicable to all standards, including GSM, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA, WiMAX and LTE solutions.
