The Analysis of Critical Success Factors of Venture Capital Firms to Assess The Cultural And Creative Industries

Venture capital firms supplied assistance of the influx of capital, skills, and managerial know-how in the past year, which played an important role in the development of information technology, biotechnology, and emerging industries. With the twenty-first century, globalization and industrial structure changed so that the basic of intellectual capital and cultural and creative industries become more pay attention and feel concerned for all over the world. Whether the venture capital firms assess the critical success factors of the cultural and creative industries? Deserve to be explored. First, the aim of this study is to explore the venture capitalists for senior managers in three kinds of the investment types, including project, large enterprise and miniature enterprise. To consider the different types what the critical success factors are. Second, this study will explain what critical success factors are in different situations for the government invest in venture capital firms for fixed rate or no invest in. Finally, this study will analyze the role of the critical success factors with business cycle in venture capital investment. This study will choose 13 professional venture capital firms for senior managers from strengthening the implementation of the program of investment in cultural and creative industries from China's Cultural Affairs Council on " 2011. Through reliability analysis and main component analysis method to filter out the critical success factors, and using the nonparametric chi-square statistical methods to conduct in-depth analysis.
