Web technology presents a convenient and cost-effective way to analyze, store, retrieve, and share information and models. Generally speaking, a web-based application (WBA) is an online tool that can be publically accessible on a web page for specific purposes and applications (Bhargava et al, 2007). The main advantage of a WBA is its simultaneous accessibility from mul-tiple locations from anywhere there is Internet availability.
