This study aimed to evaluate training programs in five-star hotels in Jordan, and its impact to upgrade the performance of their employees. The researcher took a random sample of (50) employees and managers working in five-star hotels, where the study (questionnaire) adopted the addressed key variables. The study concluded that there were negativities concerning the methods used in the training that are not commensurate with the goal of training, where the objectives of the training programs and not in the interest of the work most of the time.Also, there was a weakness in the selection of specialized trainers in different specializations of management operations, reception, a food and beverage.
