The power transmission portions of the Dickey-Lincoln School Lakes Project were included in that transfer. The U.S. Departments of the Interior and Energy have conducted system planning, location, and environmental studies for the trans-mission facilities required for the Dickey-Lincoln School Hydroelectric project.
