The research on the regulations of land procurement for the development of public purposes involving private entities was aimed to address the issues of legal principles in land procurement for the development of public purpose, and the formulation of land procurement regulations involving private entities. Research results show that land procurement for the development of public purpose was conducted under the principles of humanity, justice, expediency, certainty, transparency, agreement, participation, welfare, sustainability, and harmony.
