Abstract: Birth Spacing refers to the time interval from one child's birth date until the next child's birth date. There are many factors to consider in determining what an optimal time interval between pregnancies would be. Study was aimed to assess knowledge regarding health benefits to mothers and children in relation to birth spacing, among mothers. Methodology- Descriptive survey approach was considered.Survey research design was adopted. Study was conducted at vardha district among mothers who were having two or more children with 100 samples. The investigator used non-probability convenient sampling technique for the selection of the sample. Result
