There are a lot of HRM practices for sustainable workforce in an organization. Among these practices compensation, workload management and performance appraisal are most important. An attempt is made in this study to examine the satisfaction level of university teachers about these HRM practices at their workplace, that whether their organization offer sufficient compensation, workload management and performance appraisal at their workplace or not.
