Obesity is amongst the common disorders challenging the medical community in particular and the entire world in general. It is defined as an excess of adipose tissue. Physical examination is usually sufficient to detect excess body fat. Accurate quantification of body fat requires sophisticated techniques not usually available in clinical practice. Quantitative evaluation is preformed by calculating the Body Mass Index (B.M.I), which is calculated by dividing Body Weight in kilograms by Height in meter square. Normal B.M.I according to National Institute of Health is considered to be18.5-24.9, whereas the B.M.I in the over weight is 25-29.9.
