The present study examines the impact of organizational trust on organizational transparency and loyalty of primary school teachers in Zahedan city of Iran. The research method is descriptive- correlation. The population of the study consisted of all teachers in the education system of Zahedan city. In this study, a stratified random- based on Morgan table, 328 people was selected as the sample. The data collection tools of organizational loyalty questionnaire are Organizational clarity questionnaire, Organizational Trust questionnaire, and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire. Overall results showed that the relationship between organizational transparency and organizational loyalty is affected by organizational dimensions
