This research will define humor and the language which creates humor. The cohesion of humor in workplaces among different job positions will be shown and some of the reasons that humor is used for will be discussed. The way it works in different places and situations is going to be explored. It will be clear to recognize its usefulness, effectiveness and the way it works through analyzing some examples. 1
