The prime objective of this paper was to examine the organizational attributes that motivate Generation Y (Gen Yers) to contribute innovatively in the Malaysian banking industry. To achieve the objective of this study primary data were collected through a valid questionnaire items. A total of 94 respondents from Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and Miri were involved. Descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to test the research hypotheses. In this study, three independent variables namely culture, opportunity and interest and one dependent variable creativity were used.
