Objective: In this study, we wished to investigate the levels of cystatin C, Amyloid beta 42 (Aβ42), total and phosphoryl-ated tau protein in patients with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Alzheimer’s disease (AD) in cerebrospinal fluids (CSF); their usefulness in diagnosis and prognosis. Methods: In this study, four patients with AD in the study group, eight patients in the control group, for multiple scle-rosis, 14 patients in the study group and 13 patients in the control group were included.
