Abstract—The number of vehicles is increasing in the world and the services needed by the passengers are growing through the years. So, the Intelligent Transport System (ITS), which was originally created to increase the safety on roads, is extended to include infotainment applications that may use the internet [1]. VANET is a subtype of MANET networks which is a component of ITS. It has its specific characteristics like a mobility pattern that is guided by roads, the absence of energy consumption constraints and the high speed of the vehicles that compose the network [2].
