Survey study on the occurrences of resources conflicts among the Fulani‟s herdsman and arable farmers in Yewa Area, Ogun State, Nigeria were carried out with 156 well-structured questionnaires, interview and observational methods was also adopted where necessary. Results shows that 70 % were male, 86.67 % and 13.33 % were married and single respectively, Agbon/Ojodu was rated as very seriously attacked area; Ibeku, Asa, Iselu were very frequently affected area; while Oja-Odan, Aworo and Tobolo among others were frequently attacked. The 96.67 % of the respondents agreed that farmland was destroyed. Loss of material resources were, however, more widespread among farmers.
