Survey study on the occurrences of resources conflicts among the Fulani‟s herdsman and arable farmers in Yewa Area, Ogun State, Nigeria were carried out with 156 well-structured questionnaires, interview and observational methods was also adopted where necessary. Results shows that 70 % were male, 86.67 % and 13.33 % were married and single respectively, Agbon/Ojodu was rated as very seriously attacked area; Ibeku, Asa, Iselu were very frequently affected area; while Oja-Odan, Aworo and Tobolo among others were frequently attacked. The 96.67 % of the respondents agreed that farmland was destroyed. Loss of material resources were, however, more widespread among farmers. Income loss had the highest relative incidence (92.4%) among the farmers, followed by loss of yields (81%), household resources (46.5%) and farm stored products (37.3%). On the part of Fulani‟s herdsmen, losses were minimal, 13.6%, 26.7%, 4.1%, and 3.6 % of herdsmen claimed to have suffered losses in respect of their, income, yield, farm stored products and household resources respectively. Conclusively the communal conflicts affected the general production of arable farmers and Fulani‟s herdsmen, measures such as establishment of ranch for nomads and demarcation of grazing reserves for Fulani herdsmen along the routes will reduce the communal conflicts between the farmers and Fulani herdsmen
