Load frequency control of the hybrid system consisting photovoltaic system and thermal generator is performed in this paper. In this paper Maximum Power Point Tracking is performed in photovoltaic using modified hill climbing algorithm. Modified hill climbing is performed by combining fuzzy logic with hill climbing algorithm. The converter used is Boost converter. DC output obtained is converted to AC output by using single phase inverter. Grid connection is performed by using sinusoidal pulse width modulation.
