Abstract—It is the duty of the driver to have enough distance to slow down and break safely to prevent an accident. If a driver fails to do so, it will result in an accident. Normally accidents happening in roads is mainly due to the over speeding of vehicles even in the slow zone areas The development of new vehicular technologies has favored companies, researchers and institutions to focus their e orts on prevention of such accidents. During the last decades, the evolution of wire-less technologies has allowed researchers to design communication systems where vehicles participate in the communication networks.
