Abstract. We considerWada’s representation of the braid group3, namely 3() : 3 → (3Z[±1]). Specializing the indeterminate to a nonzero com-plex number gives a representation 3() : 3 → (3C) which is reducible for all values of . Our work is to construct an irreducible representation of 3 of degree three using the tensor product of Wada’s representations. This rep-resentation turns out not to be equivalent to either the Burau representation or Wada’s representation
