In this paper, a parametric study was conducted to investigate the effects of various geotechnical properties of the foundation soil on the performance of IAB (Integral Abutment Bridge) subjected to temperature variations from-20 O C to +40 O C. These temperature changes were applied throughout the bridge deck in longitudinal direction. The 3-Dimensional models were prepared using SAP 2000 a Finite Element based software for varying spans and supported on abutments which were connected to the piles.
