Experimental and CFD analysis is conducted in order to establish effect of geometrical fin parameters for natural convection heat transfer from vertical rectangular fin arrays.Natural convective heat transfer from rectangular vertical plates has been reviewed. Study revealed that most of the work was carried out considering various configurations. Experimental work carried on steady state natural convection heat transfer from vertical rectangular fins made of aluminum. Experimental work carried investigates the effect of fin spacing, fin height, fin length on the performance of heat dissipation from the fin arrays.
