The study examines ICT literacy as attitudes accruing from critical reflection of technology use by the university academicians. The paper focus on the behavioral intentions of the university academicians towards acceptance and use of ICT and the factors that influence these intentions. 100 questionnaires were administered and collected at the Lagos state University-Nigeria. Using regression analysis, the paper want to verify the influence of the four constructs of UTAUT (PE,EE,SI, and FC) and other variables outside UTAUT like anxiety, self efficacy,and attitudes towards use of technology on the behavioral intention of the university academicians, towards the acceptance and usage of ICT for teaching and learning.
