Abstract — Wireless mesh networks provide a unique architecture and extend the connectivity of mobile devices by using multiple access points connected to the Internet and other access networks. Wireless mesh network (WMNS) is a key technology for supporting a variety of application scenarios. Recently, it evolves toward a multi-radio multi-channel (MR-MC) WMNS architecture, which can improve network performance by equipping each node with multiple radio interfaces and by using multiple non-overlapping channels.
