The study analysed the available facilities for instruction in the distance learning programme in two Universities in Nigeria‟s. A sample of 180 students was drawn from the two universities while a questionnaire on Distance Learning Programme Support Facilities (DLPSFQ) was elicited. A systematic analysis of the data showed that facilities were not adequately provided for instruction to the students on the distance learning progranne in these Universities when compaired with what obtains with the regular students of the same University.
