A Survey of the Relationship Between Intellectual Capital and Performance of the Branches of Bank Maskan of the

The present study aimed to study the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational performance of Maskan Bank of North West of Tehran. Because determining the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational performance is one of the strategic needs of this bank to move toward knowledge-based and learner organization. The study population in the present study was 510 people and the study sample was 200 people. A 30-item questionnaire was used based on Roos et al. model to evaluate the intellectual capital and organizational performance for data collection. By SPSS software and Spearman Correlation Coefficient, the data was analyzed. The results showed that intellectual capital and its components, human capital, structural capital and customer capital had positively significant association with organizational performance of the bank
