The aim of this study is to examine the impact of human resource management (HRM) on planning and marketing of petroleum products in Pipelines and Products Marketing Company Limited (PPMC) Ekpan-Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. Data were obtained through personal visitation and discussion with the workers of the various departments together with their published materials and internets which were analyzed by using statistical tools. The results showed that 486 staff out of 852 staff was trained on technical courses while 316 staff was trained on managerial courses. 782 vacant positions were identified in the organization out of 2,500 project labour force of which 505 and 95 were from technical and administration/personnel departments respectivel...
