Microfluidic chip offers a promising platform for chemical or biological analysis on the basis of flexi-ble integration of various functional operation units. This article provides an overview of the recent achievements of microfluidic chip and its applications based on the works mainly carried out in the au-thors ’ lab, especially for the purpose of constructing analytical laboratory on amicrofluidic chip.
