The study aims to analyze the reverse logistics process of the waste from lubricating oils used in automotive vehicles by gas stations located in Fortaleza city, the state capital of Ceará, Brazil. Reverse logistics is gaining gradually increased visibility and importance for their relevance regarding the environmental and economic issues. Therefore in this study, there was a theoretical approach to reverse logistics, lubricants and the National Solid Waste Policy.
