This method is now generalized to take into account the anisotropic property due to the lamination of iron sheets, and improved with respect to the time discretization method. This improved modelling of hysteretic and aniso-tropic magnetic fields is applied to a simple toroidal transformer, whose various characteristics are calcu-lated and compared with experimental measurements
