www.PRSGO.com 1 The purpose of this case study was to evaluate the viability of reconstruction of the breast by autolo-gous fat grafting alone, in the context of rotation flap approach (RoFA) mastectomy. The hypothesis was that there would be minimal loss of autologous fat volume in the 12 months following surgery. CASE REPORT The patient is a 63-year-old woman who presented with screen-detected multicentric cancer of the right breast. She underwent RoFA mastectomy and sentinel lymph node biopsy.
