We screened plant leaf extract and biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) by monitoring the conversion using electrochemistry method. In this study a simple and rapid biosynthesis of AgNPs using leaves extract of Adenium obesum have been expected. AgNPs can be prepared with lower amounts of leaf extract. The effect of leaf extract quantity and concentration of metal solution were also evaluated to optimize the biosynthesis route producing the metal nanoparticles. Stable AgNPs were formed by treating solution using the plant leaf extracts as reducing agents.
