Abstract- Groundwater is an important source of irrigation and drinking water, especially for rural population in small city. Groundwater can be contaminated by a wide range of sources, include the septic tanks, underground storage tanks, improperly disposed of industrial wastes, mining waste, fertilizer and pesticides. One particularly common source of groundwater contamination is a poorly designed or maintained landfill from which liquid waste or leachate, are leaking into shallow groundwater.
