In this paper, the existence of positive periodic solutions of periodic neutral logistic equation with delays and feedback control is studied by applying a fixed point theorem of strict-set-contraction. Some counterexamples are given to show that the main results in [10, 12, 14] for the existence of positive periodic solutions of neutral Lotka–Volterra systems are incorrect
