1. PURPOSE. This Instruction:

Reissues DoD Instruction 3000.4 (Reference (a)) under the authority of DoD Directive 5134.01 (Reference (b)), to establish policy, assign responsibilities, and prescribe procedures for generating, developing, and disseminating DoD MRP products pursuant to the Secretary of Defense Memorandums (References (c) and (d)). b.
