Pure and Ni2+-doped Cr2O3 nanoparticles have been synthesized by solvothermal technique. The synthesized nanoparticles have been characterized using x-ray diffraction (XRD), ultravioletvisible spectroscopy (UV-Visible), Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) at room temperature. Electrical measurements were done on the pelletized samples for various temperature ranging from 30-150oC.The results are discussed herein. 1
