Abstract: The rapid development of wireless communication technology has brought great convenience to people's lives and work. The goal of next generation of mobile wireless communication system is to achieve ubiquitous, high quality, high-speed mobile multimedia transmission with minimum bit error rate BER. To achieve this goal, the third generation partnership project 3GPP has developed the Long Term Evolution LTE. So, LTE has been considered as one of the core technologies of 4 th generation 4G wireless communication system.
