Cheevers in 1947 described tetralogy of Fallot (TF) with absent pulmonary 'Valve (APV). This condition comprises of ventricular septal defect, absent pulmonary valve, annular stenosis and dilatation of either the pulmonary trunk or one or both of its branches!.
