Abstract: Under the UN umbrella, the UNESCO and the World Bank are working for the education and development issues. They are working for the same targets but have unique working styles, with many similarities and differences. Through this paper, we tried to bring out all the hidden issues of multilateral organizations for the sake of development and educational improvement. This paper is fully based on secondary information from different books, articles, journals, reports and electrical sources and we consider in the context of Bangladesh as a case because both organizations have been working for a long time in Bangladesh and it is one of the rapidly-developing countries.
