On the Smarandache prime part sequences and its two conjectures1

Abstract For any positive integer n ≥ 2, the Smarandache Inferior Prime Part {pp(n)} is defined as the largest prime less than or equal to n; The Smarandache Superior Prime Part {Pp(n)} is defined as the smallest prime greater than or equal to n.
