Abstract For any positive integer n ≥ 1, the Smarandache quotients Q(n) is defined as the smallest positive integer k such that n · k is a factorial number. That is, Q(n) = min{k: n · k = m!}. The main purpose of this paper is using the elementary method to study the properties of the Smarandache quotients sequence, and give an identity involving the Smarandache quotients sequence
